Refund Policy

This page is maintained by Synthesis Cyber and explains when subscription fees are refundable. Plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page.

7-day satisfaction window

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of the first charge and have not exceeded a fair-use threshold of the plan's monthly quota.

Renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing period has started, unless required by local consumer law. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Pro-rated refunds

If we materially reduce a feature you actively use, we will offer a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the billing period.

Not eligible

• Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
• Charges older than 7 days outside the cases above.
• Add-on usage that has already been consumed.

How to request a refund

Email synthesiscyber@gmail.com from the address on your account with your invoice ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
