This page is maintained by Synthesis Cyber to describe the terms that apply when you use our website, cloud sensors, dashboards, and subscription services ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for the credentials you create, for any device you register against your account, and for keeping your contact details accurate so we can deliver security alerts.
Do not use the Service to attack systems you do not own, to bypass security controls, to submit unlawful content, or to interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Prices, included quotas, and currencies are shown there. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
We work to keep the platform available but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthesis Cyber is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email to the address on file.
