What we collect

• Account: your email address, if you create a cloud account.
• Encrypted backups: scrambled data that only your passphrase can open. We cannot read it.
• Payments: plan, amount, date and transaction ID. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by PhonePe and never reach us.
• Support: messages you send us.

What we don't collect

Your passphrase, vault contents and 2FA secrets never leave your device unencrypted. We don't sell your data, and we don't show it to advertisers.

How we use data

We use it to provide the service, process payments, answer support requests and meet legal duties.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers we need to run the service: PhonePe for payments, and our cloud database host. We also share it when the law requires.

Advisor AI

When you use Synthesis AI, your messages pass through our server to OpenRouter or NVIDIA AI models and are handled under their policies. Conversations are not stored by us and never include vault data or account tokens. Never paste passwords, private keys or recovery phrases into it.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. We keep payment records for as long as Indian tax law requires. Deleted accounts are erased within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing support@synthesisyber.xyz.
