These terms apply to SYNTHESIS CYBER, a platform belonging to LIARA — SYNTHESIS CYBER, based in India, Kerala, Malappuram 673639. By using our website or app, you accept them.

1. The service

SYNTHESIS CYBER provides SYNTHESIS CYBER, a digital security workspace delivered online. It is a software service. No physical goods are sold.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18, or have a guardian's consent. Keep your login and passphrase safe. Your vault is encrypted with a passphrase only you know. We cannot recover it.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal activity, attacks on other systems or attempts to break the service.
• No reselling the service without written permission.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in INR, with applicable taxes included, through PhonePe.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund & cancellation policy.

6. No guarantee

Security tools reduce risk, but no tool can guarantee complete protection. The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Malappuram, Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
