Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing support@synthesisyber.xyz or messaging us on WhatsApp. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed.

Refunds

• First payment: you get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment.
• Renewals: we don't refund partly used monthly or yearly periods, but cancelling stops the next charge.
• Duplicate or failed charges: always refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PhonePe within 5–7 working days.
